Balance My Nutrition

Rakhee Haria Shah is a Level 5 certified nutrition coach.  Already qualified as an optometrist, Rakhee wanted to start her own nutrition-coaching business so she could be around more to look after her autistic son especially as he entered high school.  

With so little time and limited resources, she came to me asking for help in using social media to drum up clients and grow her online presence. 
Examining her prices and services, I established her target audience and decided upon Instagram and Facebook as her principal channels.  Given she was at the very beginning of her business, we honed in on the effectiveness of organic content.

I spent a lot of time listening to Rakhee and her story- making that front and centre of her content. Then researching trends, looking at similar businesses' social media and adding her own twist, we went ahead and tried out different themes and shot videos. Rakhee wasn't used to being on camera do using my media experience I coached her on delivery and shooting styles.

Six months in to our partnership and Rakhee has grown her following to 111 on instagram and now has 2 paying clients on her books. She has also been asked to deliver talks at schools to promote healthy eating to parents and children.
